Appeal for Placement * - WYBSL has instituted an age-based baseball and softball placement system effective
2006. May 1st is the date all divisions are defined with the exception of Babe Ruth. Prior to 2006, placements were based on Grade level. Consideration to this rule will be heard; however, it is our goal to provide positive experience for all players. This form is to apply for a placement other than the age your player would fall into.

CORI Form * - Town of Westford, Recreation department has been certified by the Criminal History Systems Board for access to conviction and pending criminal case data. As a prospective volunteer for WYBSL, a criminal record check will be conducted for conviction and pending criminal case information only; it will not necessarily disqualify volunteers.
