Welcome to WYBSL U10 Baseball

U10 Division is a developmental league focused on the league’s mission of improving a player’s baseball fundamentals, skills and knowledge of the game. Promoting good sportsmanship, team play and fun are the most important lessons we try and instill in our athletes.

We will actively assist in helping our players understand the game more strategically, stress learning baseball fundamentals and development of core skills for each and every participating child. All players develop at different times as they grow, so it is important as a league and coaches that we work with all players to help them develop a lifelong love of the “game”.

The U10 program is a slightly higher competitive baseball division than the U9 division. Umpires are used, scores are recorded and team standings are maintained. We ensure that all players participate in all games at various positions. The division follows a modified version of the Cal Ripken Baseball rules. All teams make the playoffs and a single or double elimination tournament provides a champion and runner-up at the conclusion of the season.

Please review the
League Code of Conduct with your child. These rules are used through the season and are enforced. The rules pertain to coaches, players, and fans.

We are looking forward to a safe and enjoyable baseball season.
